Coconut Whipped Cream

Refrigerate, Scoop, and Stir!

My Review:

Unexpectedly good!  It has a great flavor, not overtly coconut, but there are undertones which are enhanced by your sense of smell (of coconut).  The added vanilla and cinnamon gives it a hint of sweetness, but it is not very sweet at all (says Mrs. Sweet Tooth herself).  It has a decadent quality and it really is just as simple as they said on the website: refrigerate, scoop and stir ;)

I put it on some french toast with fresh strawberries and blueberries sprinkled over top and it was wonderful!  I added it to my hot chocolate, it did dissolve within a minute, but I could still taste it in subsequent sips.

You should know that it is not fluffy like store bought pressurized whipped cream…but I suppose if you had a whipped cream dispenser/charger that perhaps it might be similar.  It is a rich and thick dairy alternative and I am excited to use coconut milk in my next venture of homemade ice cream!
