FOOD! That is one of the main reasons I go on Pinterest…it started off with decorating ideas and ended with food…that’s everyday of my life! My hubby and I have started exercising (it will be 6 weeks tomorrow) and so I have been looking for “healthier” alternatives to various food or at least something to switch up the ole menu standards. I have seen this Cauliflower pizza crust all over Pinterest and so finally one day, we made it.
Overall it is very good, I give it three out of 5 stars. One star deducted for the fact that I didn’t know it had cheese in it and I am trying to cut down on my massive cheese levels (so the deduction is not about flavor, for it is good). The other star was deducted because I expected more of a crust, like a thin crust, but I think it was somewhere in between and a little more soft and fluffy than I thought it would be. This is okay, if you know what you are getting into, it just catches you off guard if you had a different expectation. Upon further contemplation I feel this could even be used in a quiche type of environment and turn out well, I will try that soon ;)
